About FLOSSED Dental

 FLOrida Special needs Services for Exceptional Dentistry, Inc. – FLOSSED provides, educates, and advocates for compassionate, quality dental care for adults with intellectual, behavioral, developmental and acquired disabilities in Florida. FLOSSED will strive to provide a facility to enable care for these individuals, while also developing effective business practices to make dental care for this under-served population a sustainable reality. FLOSSED aims to support dental professionals via continuing education.

The genesis of FLOSSED evolved as a result of an identified need for compassionate, quality dental services for adults with health-related disabilities in Florida.

These identified needs are defined as:

1. The NEEDS of our unserved adults with health-related disabilities who are desperate for quality dental care and treatment who cannot obtain these services.
2. The NEEDS of these individuals’ parents, guardians, and caregivers who love them and seek quality, compassionate dental care. Recruitment of dentists willing and able to treat these loved ones is paramount. FLOSSED dental providers will treat these loved ones with skill, care, and compassion.
